Peg is a dedicated expert in the conception of educational projects, which is characterized by its ability to carry out these in a way that is tailored to the target group and individual. It places particular emphasis on recognizing and taking into account the specific needs of its target groups, regardless of age or cultural background. Peg is convinced that general educational offerings often do not meet the requirements of the participants, which is why she prefers to respond directly to the needs of her target groups.

Peg is a trained participation moderator and actively contributes her skills to the Participation Facilitators Steering Group, where she volunteers. This role allows her to share her expertise in facilitation and participation and support other professionals.
